Juan de Lanuza School: Finalists in the 2025 AMI Awards
We are proud to announce that Juan de Lanuza School has been named one of the three finalists in the Digital Competence Development category of the 2025 Mentes AMI Awards, organized by Fundación Atresmedia.
This recognition comes thanks to our project “Beyond Technology: Developing Human Digital Competence”, which aims not only to teach technical skills, but to empower our students as critical, responsible, and creative digital citizens.
Key components of the project include:
- A pioneering Computer Science curriculum, from Early Years to Baccalaureate.
- A dynamic MakerSpace, where students design, experiment, and create.
- Innovative initiatives like “More Life, Less Screens” and “Family Robotics”, encouraging digital wellness and family involvement.
- A strong ethical and inclusive approach, with proven impact in female participation in STEAM and educational innovation.
This recognition encourages us to keep building an education model that merges the power of technology with the values of humanity.
Our deepest thanks to our incredible team, families, and students for making it all possible.
