“In the right direction” is a new forum conceived by the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce to bring together specialists (business managers, entrepreneurs, journalists, etc.) to debate on various issues of current interest.

Pilar Fernández, Head of Juan de Lanuza, took part in the first edition of this debate idea, in which topics such as human and digital leadership, social equality and self-awareness or relations between employers and employees were discussed.

Pilar focused her speeches on the world of education and its future, and highlighted: “a pupil starting Primary Education in 2017 will be in a job possition that does not yet exist”.
