CAMINO DE SANTIAGO 2023-24
Our pilgrims from 1st and 3rd ESO have returned from the Camino de Santiago. The excursion aims to promote positive coexistence and a sense of belonging as the groups are mixed in these two grade levels.
Last week, the 3rd ESO students set off early, heading to Ruesta. They spent the night in Undués de Lerda, and the next day, wet weather forced them to return earlier than planned, but not before visiting Sos del Rey Católico.
The 1st ESO boys and girls have just returned from their excursion, starting their stretch of the Camino in Somport. After a quick snack, they began their hike and had the chance to catch up on their summer adventures and chat with their accompanying teachers. They arrived tired but happy in Canfranc, where they spent the night at the Albergue-Refugio Sargantana. The following day, they continued on to Castiello de Jaca, where they enjoyed outdoor activities against a spectacular natural backdrop.
They have returned with stories to tell and a stronger sense of unity as a group.
