On these days of confinement it is especially important that we all take care of our physical and mental health.
We have been very lucky to count on our colleagues, Jorge Molina and Paco Royo, who are keeping us busy with their videos and emails with exercise routines or Mindfulness classes.
Jorge has taken great care of us sending videos with exercise workout tables from home and weekly challenges with which we have been able to stay in the best possible physical shape. Paco, on the other hand, encouraged everyone with a challenge of personal reflection at the end of the day as well as organizing Mindfulness classes with García Campayo through our Cátedra.
