Exhibition “Remyland”: A Journey into the Artist’s Inner World
Colegio Juan de Lanuza is honored to present the exhibition of Javier Remírez de Ganuza (Logroño, 1980), artistically known as Remy, in the school Hall until March 17. This show, titled “Remyland”, offers an immersive experience into the artist’s personal universe, where creativity and expression merge into a work of high vibration and rich chromatics.
Remy is not only a distinguished artist but also a craftsman of gesture, blending introspection with impulsive, urban energy. His creations, inspired by expressionism, raw art, and street art, are characterized by a representation of the human figure that identifies the self and personal identity through expressively gestural imagery. Using techniques such as dripping, as well as sign references, words, and symbols, his works invite the viewer to embark on a journey to the core of the artist’s inner world.
This exhibition is a valuable opportunity for our educational community and their families to enjoy a unique artistic experience that promotes reflection and dialogue on identity and creativity. For those interested in delving deeper into Remy’s work, you are invited to visit his Instagram account @remyland.
Colegio Juan de Lanuza reaffirms its commitment to the promotion of art and culture, which are fundamental pillars in the holistic education of our students.
