PLANTING A GREENER FUTURE!
Our 5th-grade students had a unique experience as part of Zaragoza City Council’s project, “El Bosque de los Zaragozanos”. With great enthusiasm, they contributed to the ambitious goal of planting 700,000 trees over seven years—one for every citizen of Zaragoza.
Greening the city:
This initiative aims not only to transform Zaragoza into a healthier and more sustainable space but also to teach our students the importance of caring for the environment and becoming active agents in their community.
Commitment in action:
With their own hands, our students planted trees that will become part of a green legacy for future generations.
Learning by doing:
Not only did they enjoy a day outdoors, they learned about biodiversity, the positive impact of urban forests, and the role we can all play in combating climate change.
We are incredibly proud to see how our students take the lead in building a better world!
