VEN Y LO HABLAMOS

At our school, we know that positive coexistence is the foundation for a healthy and productive learning environment. That’s why we have created our exclusive program, “Come and Let’s Talk,” which promotes respect, empathy, and dialogue within our educational community.

This program involves our students from 4th grade onward, who have chosen their student helpers and mediators. They have completed special training with the +Mediation team led by Mª Eugenia, where they have learned to manage conflicts through empathy, emotional understanding, and the importance of considering different perspectives.

Why do we do this? Because we believe that healthy coexistence improves not only relationships among community members but also the working environment and, consequently, the academic results of our students. As an educational community, we know that teamwork among teachers, students, families, and non-teaching staff is key to success.
